110 marine parade
cottesloe
A landmark project for the Perform Group, 110 Marine Parade stands out as a true icon on the Cottesloe waterfront.
Perform Group worked in tandem with Greenbuilt WA on this project, completing structural foundations, ground bearing and suspended slabs. In addition, the team completed formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement for the upper levels of this project, including curved feature walls and a sloped roof.
The works involved complex geometry, requiring custom formwork and careful coordination to meet architectural and structural requirements.
All works were delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.
Naval Base

Working in collaboration with SRG Global, the Perform Group to complete a new multi-level carpark as part of an extensive redevelopment occurring on Garden Island.
The works required reinforced in-situ concrete, consisting of in-ground pad footings, supporting A-beam and column system, with each level constructed using suspended concrete slabs.
The team were required to complete all FRP elements including structural cores, stairwells and others miscellaneous works around the site.
Riviere apartments

The Perform Group was engaged by Fine Form to provide labour assistance in support of their works packages at the landmark Riviere Apartments located on the waterfront in Applecross.
The highly experienced team from Perform systematically worked through the multifaceted superstructure with dedicated crews focusing on structural cores, including lift shafts and stairwells. These were built in unison with the main structure ensuring the forecast completion date was met.
These luxurious apartments stand as a true icon on the Applecross waterfront.
Stephenson ave. extension

The Perform Group, working in conjunction with TNE Civil, are delivering structural concrete works as part of a major drainage infrastructure project for the $288 million Stephenson Avenue extension.
The scope includes the construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls, large in-situ footings and pedestals and base slabs to support the massive drainage structures.
Works are being delivered in close coordination with TNE Civil and City of Stirling representatives to ensure alignment with the overall construction program and site staging.
